Ya LosAngeles Skirt Red White Blue Embroidered

Ya Los Angeles Skirt is lined, and has red and blue embroidery on it. I really wish it fit me because it is so cute! Has a side zipper, missing one half of the hook and eye closure but not necessary as zipper stays up well. Size Large (fits like a juniors large)
