schallseagen @mayalovee13 not sure I’m following you. But all my shoes have come with the cards. I don’t have all of mine as I don’t always keep them. I care about the serial number. So I actually don’t think I ever opened the black envelope- but it’s usually all the cards that come with it, just like the handbags. Hope that answered you 😊

schallseagen @mayalovee13 what I have is what it came with and if they did I don’t recall or have them. I don’t think any of my ysl Heels ever did. I know the store restores and repairs.
