@susanli89 Hi! Sorry for the delay. I wanted to upload a video. The only sign of wear is the slight crease in the back of the bag where the inside zipper rubs on the bag; inevitable really. It’s really slight and again on the back of the bag. I’ve used a few times, but it’s never been my everyday bag. I really baby my bags and store them with stuffing inside and inside their dust bags.

@lbono hi! I’ve added new photos. It’s a bit difficult to photograph the inside of the bag due to the nature of the shape. With the flash, it made the nature of the bag look a bit more severe. The inside is just due to usage. That’s why I purchased the bag insert. Thank you!

@one4three7 hi! It depends on the size of the laptop. My 14 in MacBook Pro can fit but it sticks out and the closure can’t loop around 💕
