This jacket is in good condition, made by YMC. It's made of poly/cotton/modal/cupro and is a size small. I am not sure if it's a men's or women's jacket, it could definitely be worn by either, but the buttons are on the left. It measures 21 inches pit to pit, 27 inches long.
