Here at YIREH we practice something called “slow fashion” and currently we partner with a female founded WRAP Certified ethical factory that has safe conditions, pay their workers fair wages (exceeding the government minimum standard wage), and offers health and dental benefits, as well as overtime pay and paid breaks. We visit our factory as often as possible and have personal relationships with the artisans there.”
