This dress is an amazing party dress that can be easily worn with a strapless bra. Can be worn two ways as a necklace chain or with chain draped down back. Size 0 but can definitely fit a size 2, this drapey fabric has a bit of give. From HPS to Hem dress measures 36" on 5"5 model hits right above the knee. MEASUREMENTS: HPS to Hem 36" Flat chest measurement 15" flat hip measurement 16" Dry CLEAN ONLY. Has a small black chain mark at the twist of the shoulder but is not noticeable when worn.
