Y2k Vintage Iridescent Purple Bubble Rain Coat

This coat is a show stopper! Beautiful purple and blue iridescent fabric, buttons down the front and has a waist tie. There are snaps at the front near the neck to create a high collar. The bottom button is missing. No flaws to note. Labeled size XL - runs a bit small, and there is no stretch. Please see measurements below.
