Y2k polka dot handkerchief dress. Super fun with an empire waist and handkerchief skirt. Lorelai Gilmore coded, add a cardigan to complete the look! No zipper, it’s a pull on dress Condition: This dress is approx 20-25 years old. Shell is 100% silk and it looks like whoever owned it did not wash it like silk should be washed. The dress is in good condition, no rips or flaws aside from improper washing. This makes the color hard to tell, also. It could be a slightly faded black with white polka dots or a navy blue with white polka dots. I’m leaning towards black and white.
