Y2k Forever 21 black and white abstract circle print swing mini sundress dress. Tie strap sleeves. Loose pull over style. Dress is unlined and is semi-sheer thin cotton like material. Purchased in 2008 and in excellent used condition. Size small. Please see pictures for measurements.
