Y2k Floral Dress! Details: early 2000s/y2k strapless floral print mini dress with a knit neckline with an open back & string tie. This does have some stretch near the mid section but it’s not an oversized look & the fabric doesn’t have a lot of stretch as a whole. The back ties so you can adjust that to fit. Super pretty brown & blue shades in the pattern.
