Y2k A-line plaid skirt

Y2K vintage plaid A-line skirt. Brand is I.L.U. from The Clothing Company. Zip-up closure. Skirt has a couple of tears along the seam at the zipper--see pictures 5, 6, and 7. They are both along the seams where the zipper is inset and would be an easy fix. Skirt is sold as-is, so let me know if you need more photos or details about the flaws.
