The skirt has a velour red ribbon on the waist so the you easily buy a ribbon for the top. This suit set is a two-piece set. The top is a blazer top that buttons up the front. There is also belt loops to add in a belt. The skirt is a pencil cut with a velour ribbon to tie a bow in the front and zips up the back. The material has stretched to it. It is listed as a size 2, but I am a size 4 and easily fit into it. Please check the measurements for an exact fit.
