Y2K super cute mini skirt. It is a size 1X . It can fit someone who is also an XL or bigger. It is very stretchy. I never actually got to wear it before summer ended so it is brand new, only tried on. There are shorts underneath it that can be removed. All embroidery and buttons are intact. Only asking for $15.
