Y2K Whimsygoth Black High Waist Chiffon Flowy Hi Low Skirt

Y2K early 2000s hi low skirt. Absolutely loved this piece when I was in highschool. Short soft lining with long flowy chiffon layered over the top. Chiffon and waistband are not stretchy at all, 100% polyester. Hidden side zipper at waistline. See measurements below for better idea of fit being that it's high waist and not stretchy. Amazing condition, light normal wear. Solid black throughout, camera and lighting wash out the darkness some.
