This early 2000s plaid halter top made by forever 21 is such a fun Y2K staple. Made from a stretchy red and tan diagonal plaid glittery lurex fabric it features a deep scoop neckline and long ties that secure at the neck. Size tag has faded - will fit a range of sizes as the fabric is stretchy! In good vintage condition with no major flaws to note.
