Vintage Y2K Charlotte Russe beaded sleeveless tunic blouse. There is some wear to the beading area no holes or tears. A few beads have come off as shown in the last photo. Size large as vintage runs small best fitting a size medium based on measurements. The measurements are a 34-36 inch bust, 28-28.5 inch waist, 36-38 inch hips and 33 inches in length.
