Y2K Vintage Burlesque Hat

Purple Custom Made Burlesque mini purple hat. Super adorable with 2 little black feathers and a sheer bow with a little gem in the center. Has 2 clips under the brim that keep it secure and in place. Works best if your hair is pulled back or in an up do. This was made for me many years ago (early 2000s) and it's very structured and made very well. Please note colors can be different based on lighting. But it is purple and black.
