Y2K Vintage Brown and Pink Pinstripe Tiered Mini Skirt with side buckles

This is a gorgeous y2K vintage skirt made by to the maxi! It is a tiered mini skirt in a brown and pink pinstripe pattern, with side buckle straps that can be used to tighten the skirt. The skirt has a concealed zipper. Marked a size 13/14 - approximately a size large - skirt is meant to be worn low on the hips and also works for me as a size medium. Has stretch.
