Y2K Vintage Bebe Velvet Top

Velvet Bebe moda V neck top. Its meant to be worn at a Vneck but the top is very comfortable worn backwards as a high neck shirt as well. the material is very supportive, it almost feels like a compressive athletic top. there is a small hole along the seam on the left side of the shirt. The seam thread is just coming undone and can be easily sewn. There is no ripping of the fabric, just loose thread. size medium, Id say it runs slightly small as it’s from the early 2000s
