Y2K vintage Tripp NYC dress! Black shirtdress style with a collar and exposed silver zip front. Safety pin and grommet details at the chest. Short sleeves with a red plaid X patch on the right and a red plaid strap with grommets on the left. Mini skirt section with grommets at the waist, red plaid straps with D-rings, and inverted pleats in red plaid on the front. Missing the outer safety pins on the chest but can be easily replaced.
