Y2K Sequin Top 2000 New Year's Laurence Kazar M 🍾

Party likes it's 1999 with this sequin Laurence Kazar top featuring a popping bottle, champagne flutes, streamers and lots of Y2K flair. It says medium but runs small and does not stretch. There's a back zipper with a hook and eye. I don't think this has ever been worn- it still has the little bag of replacement sequins. There are shoulder pads but they're easily removable. 16 inches across at the narrowest part of the waist, 24 inches shoulder to hem, and 17 inches across armpit to armpit.
