RARE. Excellent condition-worn one time for photos, hand washed air dried. Has been in plastic. If you spin around it’ll flare out beautifully. High waisted style that can be also folded over for a lower waist style. Uneven raw hem all around. Braided rope style belt attached at one side to be self tied as desired. Lightweight but NOT sheer jersey-like fabric that hangs and drapes beautifully. Fabric is doubled and stretchy at waist for fitted look. See measurements in pics.
