Y2K Punk Plaid Pencil Dress I’d love nothing more than to see this dress styled with some fishnets and doc martens! the blue and black plaid makes my inner scene kid so happy! Also… it has pockets! Polyester/rayon/spandex blend with stretch. Overall condition is really good, but please note there are belt loops and no belt (a great opportunity for a studded belt if you ask me).
