Y2K Preppy patchwork plaid bubble hem skirt! Vintage American Eagle 2/4

This is an amazing skirt. Vintage-y, Has bubble hem! Not mini. I’m 5’4” and it hits almost at my knee. Side zip, fully lined, 100% cotton. Has a few small stains on inside lining, shown. Has belt loops but no belt. Seems to run large.
