Y2K Floral Embroidered Black Chiffon Flounce Dress from Metaphor size 8

Vintage late 1990's-early 00's Flounce Dress from Metaphor size 8 tag (please see measurements for best fit). Black chiffon polyester fabric with black soft polyester fabric lining and beads+ embroidery applique. Bias cut with flounce skirt and sleeves. Pull on. Wide V-neck. Lined at bodice to above the knees. Chiffon layer hem hits below the knee. Floral embroidery around neckline and in a diagonal line below the hips. Tiny aurora borealis beads on top of small sequins scattered around embroidery. In Great condition with light wear. No major flaws found. Shown clipped on 5'11" size 4/6 mannequin. Measurements taken laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
