Y2K Desigual Black Halter dress

100% cotton bias cut midi dress. Ties behind the neck. Has the coolest hem which ads a bit of volume and desiguals signature graphic print. Tagged a medium true to size. I wish it would fit me tighter I’m a small and it’s just a bit loose on me. Has a tiny hole in the back not very noticeable when wearing see last photo. Measurements: coming soon
