Y2K Designer Puff Sleeve Blazer (Like New)

Super cute yet classic black open blazer (no buttons/closure) with a mandarin collar & slightly puffed shoulders giving it a feminine vibe. Fully lined. Cotton & spandex blend. Excellent condition as only worn a few times. Would keep but doesn’t fit well. Can easily be paired w/trousers or a midi skirt for work, or worn more casually w/jeans & a cami or tee underneath. A timeless & versatile designer piece.
