Vintage Y2K rayon maxi skirt. Waist with elastic back. Flowy fit that hugs hips but slightly flares at the bottom. Skirt is not see through, but the top layer is sheer. Black and white butterfly print on top layer and floral print on bottom layer. Flat measurements Waist- 14”- 18” Length- 40”
