Y2K Black Slip Skirt with embroidered flowers and sequins

This is a gorgeous Y2K vintage slip style skirt. Made of a black fabric it is a straight style skirt with a sheer overlay that’s covered in white floral embroidery and small sequins. The hem has a slight flutter to it. Marked a size medium with measurements included in photos - will fit up to a size large as waistband is elastic.
