- No flaws or damage - Length: 23” - Tag says large but best fits a medium - Very chic with a ivory/cream turtleneck and jeans/or skirt with boots - It has two clips near the bottom of the vest to close it if desired (pins look like silver Bobby pins but they came with the vest/were built that way)
