Y2K 00’s Aqua Hoop Earrings and Bead Necklace Set

Vintage costume jewelry necklace and earrings set from early 2000’s. Bold and funky. I always received compliments when I wore this. Aqua blue and silver. Necklace is adjustable length and has 3 layers with different sized beads. Earrings are dangly with 2 different sized hoops. Preowned but good condition, please see pics.
