mantarae15 @korey20 im so sorry for the delay. I was very under the weather this week. This dress measures 17 5 inches across. It doesnt have any synching or differences in measurement from bust to waist Its a very pretty silhouette but not a tight fitting dress if that is what you are looking for. You could always synch the waist with a belt if desired! If interested send me an offer!
