Xhilaration size small oversized flowy dress with layered sleeves

This dress is modest and beautiful. Lots of sparkle, no stretch. I am a busty size 6 in the photo and it’s a little more form fitting on me (it also hits a few inches above the knee). I used to wear it when I was a 2-4 with a little belt. It has been well loved!
