Xhilaration navy floral button down maxi dress with velvet trim

This exhilaration maxi dress is in good condition. Has a navy blue under slip that falls above the knees and has loop buttons down the front. Lightweight material and some white sheer with navy blue velvet, trim at the bodice ties in the front and back. See photos for details.
