Xhilaration Ruffled Spaghetti Strap Dress

This dress is from Target brand Xhilaration and is made from chiffon-like polyester in an abstract hearts pattern. The v-neck is decorated with a contrasting ribbon with pink and blue roses and five non-functional black buttons down the front. It can be tied around the waist. There are three tiers of ruffles around the hemline. Tag reads - Shell: 100% polyester, Lining: 100% exclusive of decoration, machine wash cold inside out, gentle cycle, tumble dry low, made in Vietnam.
