Xhilaration Red Smocked Bikini Top

Colors are a red background with embroidered stripes in white. There is a ruffle top and bottom edge. It has a band of elastic underneath the bust to keep it in place. There are slots for padded inserts, but they are not included. Can be worn with or without the straps. Top is smocked, giving up tons of stretch. The threading is not super tight on the white embroidered areas. I think they should’ve made it tighter. Measurements are included. This could even be worn as a shirt.❤️ sold as pictured.
