In EUC. Worn twice. Adorable jumpsuit that you can wear on or off the shoulder. Elastic waist but the tie is just for looks. It does not tighten it. Does have pockets and falls about mid calf so this is a cropped style. Measurements lying flat are approximately 44” in length; 14.5” from armpit to armpit and inseam is approximately 18”
