Super cute Xhilaration Juniors sz L top. It is more cropped in the front and lower in the back. Has several buttons on the front along with long ties. You can leave it untied for a more boho look or tie it for a more professional look. I used to wear this with shorts and a tank underneath in the summer and have worn it with jeans and boots in the fall. Per Target's website- a juniors L will fit a women's sz M.
