Xhilaration Black Sheer 1/2 sleeved Women's Top elastic waist with drop bottom

Lovely Black Sheer Xhilaration Top in Women's size Medium. Has a slight scooped neck - polka dot pattern on some material front and sleeves. About 30 inches from top to bottom. I am not sure of the material - the tag for description has been cut off. (Due to it being so sheer) Definitely would need to wear a camisole under this!
