Cent back has a thick zipper that opens below the waist. Fabric is not stretchy, although it is cinched at the waist where you do have stretch. Hip to hip flat is 11” stretched yes approximately 18 1/2 inches but that is as far as it goes, which means it will not be comfortable elsewhere. , it does run true to size pit pit 18 1/2” Shoulder to leg bottom measures 53” Fully open the zipper measures in 19”
