XXL/20 Convertible Halter Top New

Convertible Halter Top. XXL 20 New Black and white. 98% polyester and 2% spandex. Approximately 17.5" long and bust measures 37"....but stretches to 41". It needs to be tight enough to stay up as a strapless. It is convertible because it can be tied around the neck as a halter or worn strapless with the tie made into a bow in front. The bodice is eyelet design and it has a built in padded bra. Back panel is all elastic. ...lots of stretch. Machine wash.
