Black floral romper with lace accents down sleeves as well as on legs. There is a shell liner on bottom half. 3/4 sleeves with elastic at the ends so you can wear up or down. Neckline also has elastic so you can wear on or off the shoulders. Perfect romper to either dress up with accessories or dress down for a more casual look. Lining 100% polyester, shell is 100% rayon.
