XXI Ruffled Dress

Wore this once to a wedding and haven't had use for it since. Think this would be a super cute dress for office, interview, or another wedding . The buttons are cute, they're coned and have a slight shine bc of that which gives the dress just the right amount of flare! The blouse portion is a very light rosey pink. Zipper opens up a portion from the side and button on the back.
