XXI Fringe Vest

Worn 1-2X. So cute! So difficult to photograph! Any questions, plz let me know. Black oversized look!…with silver hardware ALL/EACH with black fabric string either to hang as fringe or it is threaded through the circles in unique designs. Back is cropped at approximately 15”.
