XSCAPE off-shoulder Scuba Ruffle Gown

Great Condition INSIDE Bottom is a little tattered from walking (see pics) I’m 5’5” and shortened to 57” from shoulder down. I bought dress from Nordstrom and had them alter it. If your shorter than 5’5” the bottom can be cut and you won’t see the hem. It is only visible from the INSIDE anyway.
