This dress is pretty and unusual. The top lies at the top of the chest or pulled a little lower on the chest, see photos. Ties to the back. Straps with ruffles, elastic shirring at chest front. Strap across back. Semi-sheer abstract floral over full lining. Size M measures 32 at chest ( under arms) full under chest. 36 long from shoulder to hem. Slightly longer in back. Fun and perfect for now.
