The should have a small cuff and slightly come off. This beauty has pockets. I felt like a princess when I wore it to a semi formal banquet. Such a pretty dress. Hits me about mid thigh. Ivory in color. Some discoloration under the armpits (see photos) haven't taken it to get dry cleaned yet. Zipper catches on itself at times.
