She presented pieces in front of Tim Gunn who had many compliments concerning her design & construction. *Features: --Jacket originally designed as part of a collection to be sold exclusively at the Museum Shop at the St. Louis Art Museum. Most of the collection sold, but Lillian kept this one and wore it herself from time to time. --Left sleeve fashioned from a silk scarf featuring Botticelli's 15th century Italian painting "The Birth of Venus" --Body of jacket is made from linen --Jacket lined with champagne colored charmeuse satin --Jacket fastens beautifully with five assorted blue vintage buttons --Beautiful box pleat at back --Pockets are half linen, half charmeuse satin. See pics. *Mannequin Measurements Bust: 37" Waist: 26.5" Hip: 37" *Jacket Measurements Laying Flat With Buttons Fastened Pit-To-Pit: 24" Hip (top of pocket): 25" Sleeve Length from Shoulder: 23" Shoulder Width: 17" IMPORTANT TO NOTE: *This jacket has been worn. There is some very light discoloration around the inside of the collar. (see 11th pic) *There is a small, very minor fabric rub/flaw on the left chest area. (see 10th pic) *I am listing this piece on behalf of the designer. As such, if you purchase this item, it will be several days before I am able to ship because the jacket is housed at the designer's boutique which I visit just once a week.
