djtwinkie @crysmari1219 It works just like casting a circle of salt after you're done you can always sleep it or leave it for A-day to help to guide that energy or you can put it crush it and put it in smaller bottles with protection oil or protection crystal

djtwinkie @crysmari1219 And then you can put it at the front door the back door or whatever doors hurt your house ask protection for you and your family you can put one in your car for protection it's a lot less abrasive then casting with salt and we seem to use more of the actual these days than we do Salt

djtwinkie @crysmari1219 Absolutely good idea! If you do decide to get these, I will send you a couple little sash bags, and some lavender buds from our garden. It will make for a great sleep, and help some with insomnia.

cheeritalia1022 @djtwinkie oh same sometimes I don't sleep for a couple days no matter how tired or how sick I am and you're right it does suck LOL and I get very antsy when I can't sleep very restless I can't just lay there and not do anything and I can only watch so much TV so I usually get up and if I'm feeling well try and do stuff for selling now if I don't feel well then I'm stuck with the TV
