🍋 XHILARATION Black Tank Maxi Dress - Small / Petite

This dress is in very good condition and it comes from a smoke free home. The fabric looks like lace and it has a liner underneath. It is size small, it measures 17 inches from armpit to armpit and stretches to 21 inches from armpit to armpit. It measures approximately 52 inches from the shoulder to the bottom of the dress. The shell is 100% polyester and the lining is 68% polyester, 29% rayon and 3% spandex.  Please see pictures and feel free to ask questions.
